BIOGRAPHY
出生於台北。畢業於政治大學斯拉夫語文學系。就學期間，遠赴印度拍攝教育紀錄片，獲得海外志工短片競賽首獎。激發她對於影像的熱情。拿到英國電影製作學位後，奠定她想要成為電影攝影師的決心，透過觀景窗，運用光影、色彩的變化去說故事。畢業後的第一部短片" What a Circus" 曾於BBC頻道播出。回國後她以攝影助理的身份參與了台灣影像幕後製作，像是華燈初上、模仿犯等。現在她正在布拉格電視電影學院，畢業短片"Boy, Tooth, T.Rex”首次與編劇邱庭媛海外連線製作。
Zoya Chung grew up in Taiwan and studied Slavic Language in college. Upon graduation, Zoya was invited to make an educational documentary in India and it won the best short film in Taiwan. Zoya continued pursuing her dream of Master Filmmaking in the UK and found her true passion in cinematography. In 2019, her work as a cinematographer had premiered on BBC 4. After working in the camera department on local film productions, Zoya has developed her skills in technical and creative. She is set to graduate in 2024 from Film and TV faculty of AMU in Prague in Cinematography and gaining acknowledge in shooting on film stock and film loading. Zoya directed and operated the camera on her graduation short drama and collaborated with the writer Raven C. Chiu overseas.
