在大數據的時代，擁有電子地圖和模擬城市景觀，我們似乎能更快捷和輕易地了解身處的城市空間；而低著頭在城市穿梭的我們，是不是逐漸依賴著這些無形資訊。還記得上一次抬頭仰望這座城市，以自身角度觀察它真正的面貌是什麼時候嗎？

：：Dear City, · City Observation Daily：：is a project about a range of visual investigation practices centered on observations in different cities. Unpicking cultural history and architecture, observing the physical and social dynamics of public space, aiming to gain a little insight between the relationship of the physical pattern of cities and the life that takes place therein. Eventually, understanding how the settlement is shaped, and how it shapes people’s behavior and decisions.
Living in the era of big data, web mapping services, and simulated urban landscapes, we seem to be able to understand the space that we are living in instantly. While we gradually rely on this intangible information, do you still remember when was the last time you observe your surroundings from your own perspective?
