The Collection ‘ The 9th Carriage ‘ has been selected in a group exhibition at The London Lighthouse Gallery 02 - 10 March 2024. It is a long-time exploring series on different carriages all around the world, trying to capture the relationships between passengers in the carriage at the exact moment.
The observation of the passengers on the transportation gave her the idea to ask questions about human relationships and the connection between the individuals in each carriage. Through moving from one place to the other, each traveler has his destination and shares the time being in the moment and space. Zoya’s work are composed of scripts of past existence, present life, and fate, which form an intriguing connection and resonance with religious views.
